Registration
All registrations/reservations to the MLSP 2023 Conference must be made through the online form.
In case of student fee selection, please provide a formal certification of inscription/attendance signed by your University. Please note that your registration will be effective only after receiving the total amount due by bank transfer or by credit card.
The registration form will close on September 10th, 2023 (23.59 CET).
Registration Procedure
Registration/reservation payments can be provided by:
– PayPal
– Credit card: select PayPal (even if you don’t have an account)and then click on “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” and follow the instructions.
– Bank Transfer
In order for us to identify whether the funds are received, the sender must reference:
- Location Number – 558440

- [INSERT PATRON LEVEL] Patron
Bank details can be requested via email to ieeemlsp-general@listserv.ieee.org.
In addition, please notify Susan Manno via email at s.manno@ieee.org when the transfer is being made to help identify the payment if any details are lost during transmission. Please be sure to include the amount of the wire, the date the wire was transmitted, the name of the person/bank sending the wire and if possible include a copy of the wire transfer receipt.
Please, consider that receiving a payment from a not registered participant doesn’t allow us to issue the regular invoice and consequently isn’t valid until the due registration on our online platform. Therefore, please, to register for the Conference you must make sure to have duly completed the registration form before making the payment.

Your registration will be effective only after we have received the total amount due by bank transfer or by credit card. The Conference Secretariat will then provide the invoice/s.
In the ‘Invoice’ section of the registration form, please also specify the fiscal address and VAT/tax code:
– In the case of refunds from your Company/Institution, please select “Company”
– If you are paying independently, please insert your personal fiscal data.
Please note
No Pro-forma invoice will be issued.
All participants are required to carefully check the inserted data for the invoice(s).
Any change of the invoice details (such as an address, VAT number, etc.) is exclusively possible within 3 days from the payment date and is subject to a 20 EUR extra fee. In case of doubt, please check with your company/institution administration first.

Per il rilascio delle fatture elettroniche intestate alle pubbliche amministrazioni (comprese Università, Enti ed Istituti di Ricerca), il partecipante, dopo aver inserito tutti i dati di intestazione dell’ente, comprensivi di Codice Univoco Ufficio, dovrà far pervenire copia dell’ordine amministrativo all’indirizzo:
Conference fees, optional tours and Conference dinner:
- Full refund for cancellations received before 30th July 2023 (midnight CEST);
- 50% refund for cancellations received between 1st July and 25th August 2023 (midnight CEST);
- No refunds will be granted after 26th August 2023 (midnight CEST).
All refunds will be processed starting one month after the Conference. A € 20 bank commission expense will be charged.
Save time and book an accommodation when registering to the MLSP 2023 Conference!
In order to finalize your booking you will be asked to provide a credit card details, which will be used only as guarantee of the reservation. The Conference Secretariat will forward your request and provide an official confirmation by email once the availability is confirmed.
Please note your card won’t be charged during the booking procedure, as payment will take place directly at the hotel check-out. City taxes will be charged as well:
• € 4.00 per person per night for 3 star hotels;
• € 6.00 per person per night for 4 star hotels;
• € 7.00 per person per night for 5 star hotels.
In accordance with Law 196/2003 and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 all data provided will be treated for running the course and will be added in our database to receive further invitations to similar congress.
The data owner could access all the information available to us and could exercise the rights of cancellation and opposition to the treatment as expected from the Privacy Law by sending a request to the address: secretariat@2023.ieeemlsp.org
